What is the best way to contact you?

When will my order ship? 

Your order will ship out in 1-3 business days! We are located out of Gainesville, GA and ship with USPS and UPS. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package all the way to your doorstep. Next thing you know, you'll be wearing your newest purchase.

If you need an order rushed, always feel free to message us so we can see what our options are!

What's your return policy?

If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order (we hope this never happens to you!), we are happy to offer store credit for returns made within 15 days. If you wish to request a return, please email us at hello@fanceysboutique.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@fanceysboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST TO SEND BACK YOUR RETURN. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What do I do if the item I receive is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must notify us within 2 days of the order being delivered. You can do so by reaching out to us at hello@fanceysboutique.com

Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What if I want a full refund instead of store credit?

We do not offer refunds back to the original form of payment. For returns, you will receive store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Do your items run true to size?
